Iqbal Masih

Today we remember the murder of an extremely brave child: at the age of 4, his father sold him as a slave to work in a carpet factory. When he was twelve, he escaped and spent all his time making the conditions of working children known to the whole world.
 He was killed on April 16th, 1995.
